The apartment is located in Schwerin's Schelfstadt. A staircase takes you to the comfortable living area overlooking Pfaffenteich and Paulskirche. From the quiet balcony you can look into the green courtyards. Right next door is the Schleswig-Holstein-Haus and the conservatory. The market is a 3-minute walk; the train station is within walking distance in about 10 minutes. Schwerin Castle is about 10 minutes away. Lakes, restaurants, museums, theaters and cinemas can also be reached in minutes. The space It is a fully furnished 2-room apartment (55 sqm) with fully equipped kitchen and full bathroom. In the living room there is a comfortable couch. Here you will also find the dining area and a desk with work facilities. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160 x 200). From here you can access the daylight bathroom, which has a bathtub and a separate shower, as well as the balcony adjacent to the rear courtyard. Fridge, stove with oven available. Hair dryer and towels are provided. There is no TV in the apartment. Instead, we have a lot of literature available as well as games for all ages. Guest access The apartment can be reached through the house entrance area via a spiral wooden staircase. Other things to note A private parking space can be provided on request for a fee of €10/night. The parking space is about 150 meters from the apartment. Additional (paid) parking is available in the adjacent streets or in one of the two large parking lots on Werderstraße / Schliemannstraße / Grüne Straße. From here it is a 2-3 minute walk to the apartment.
