Cottage in the countryside with its own pool

Welcome to our modern tiny cabin in scenic Tungelsta, just 30 minutes from central Stockholm. Stay right by the forest, close to the Sörmlandsleden trail and other beautiful hiking routes. Enjoy a wood-fired sauna or a warm soak in the hot tub year-round. From May to September, the heated pool stays at around 30°C. The sauna, hot tub, outdoor shower and pool are all for your private use. A cosy getaway for couples, small families or friends in any season. The space The cabin is thoughtfully laid out for a relaxing stay year-round. It has a bright living room with a 160 cm-wide sofa bed and a TV, plus a fully equipped kitchen with a small dining area. There’s also room to set up a workspace. The sleeping loft has two beds, each 105 cm wide. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. End-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels are included, along with barbecue briquettes and approximately 0.5 m³ of firewood. See the amenities list for more details. Extra firewood is available for SEK 300 per 0.25 m³. Guest access From May to September, you’ll also have access to a private outdoor shower and a private heated pool (6 × 3 m), kept at around 30°C. The playground is outside the private part of the property and is shared with our family. It’s open from 9 am to 6 pm and has a trampoline, swings and a climbing wall. The AirTrack mat is available in summer. The woods right next to the cabin are a great spot for mushroom picking. Feel free to ask if you’d like to borrow mushroom baskets, a mushroom knife or a dehydrator. Other things to note The cabin sits on a secluded part of our property, with little overlooking it. There’s a busy road some distance away, and you may occasionally hear traffic and our rooster. Our friendly cat Sigge is white with ginger patches and sometimes comes by to say hello. Please let him stay outside and leave the feeding to us. If you’d like us to come and get him, just let us know. Cat allergens may be present in the cabin. The cabin is a tiny house with limited indoor space. In winter, it’s most comfortable for up to two people. In summer, it works well for up to four. A maximum of four people in total may be in the cabin and on the private terrace at any one time. This includes visitors, whether they come during the day or in the evening.
