This beautiful holiday home is located just outside a small village and is only 2.5 km to the Baltic Sea with sandy beach (Bergkvara). The cozy holiday home has a beautiful large garden with fruit trees, and is located in an undisturbed and natural environment. Taste, breathe and experience both the sea and the forest, not to mention the open meadows where the vegetation blooms. Welcome to the real Småland. Welcome to Paboda! The space The cozy kitchen offers space for 6 people. An extensive breakfast in the early morning or for a romantic dinner in the evening. In the kitchen you will find a gas stove with a large oven, various baking tins, a mixer, a large fridge / freezer combination, a coffee machine, a milk frother for a delicious cup of Cappicino, a toaster, a sandwich maker, a water cooker, etc. The spacious living room offers enough space for everyone. You can enjoy a beautiful view over the meadows. Open the door and walk from the living room to the veranda, where you can sit and enjoy the peace and quiet. The living room has a wood-burning stove for cozy evenings. For people who still want to watch a movie there is a television with satellite connection. There are 3 bedrooms in the house. (2 rooms upstairs and 1 room downstairs) Each bedroom has 2 beds. There is an extra folding cot for the little ones. Downstairs there is a bathroom with toilet, shower and sink. Here you will also find a washing machine and a dryer. On the top floor there is another bathroom with toilet, bath and sink. Guest access As a guest you have access to the entire house. Other things to note Dear guest, Please note: Guests are required to bring their own towels and bed linens. If you prefer to rent them, this is possible for €20.00 per person per stay. Please let us know in advance if you would like to use this service. Payment is due upon arrival or by bank transfer. Pets are welcome in our accommodation, but only upon request. We charge a €35.00 surcharge per dog per stay for additional cleaning costs. Please indicate this when booking. Please note: a maximum of two dogs are allowed per stay.
