This home is in a lovely setting and feels bright, airy, and very comfortable. The rooms are large, and nicely furnished. Both king bedrooms feel like a primary. Both have private full bathrooms and large closets. The living room with fireplace is 27 x 27 with a large white 5 pc section sofa that is truly a wonderful room with a 55 inch smart TV. Sliders to a private large patio with a fire pit and lounge seating. Webber gas grill and table seating for a full outdoor entertaining area. Fully fenced patio with gardens and fruit trees. You will have a key box to enter upon arrival. The heated pool and hot tub has a code that will be yours only to enter our association club house, patios and pools. You have a self check in with a key code at your door. We will be available if and when needed 24/7 near by, but not on site. Your stay will be all yours with only our cleaners w/a schedule if you wish. Lush with trees, walkways, grass, mountain view from the front yard. The pool has mountain views and beautiful tress and privacy. The house has lots of light with sun patio & Sun Shade cover when needed. Across the street you look at green hedges, not homes or driveways. The best food shopping is located minutes away: La Cumbre Plaza, Loreto Plaza.. Gelsons, Trader Joe, Bristol Farms, Cumberland Farms and Whole Foods. Wonderful restaurants close by. Down Town is two exits away on the 101. Beach and Hendry's Boat House restaurant is 1.5 miles away. A bus stop is with-in walking to Santa Barbara locations. Car is best. Parking in the driveway for 2 cars or in the attached garage. The beach is 2 miles away with a new special walking & bike path that goes right to Hendry's Beach. You have a private drive way & 2 car garage. Private to you only large fenced patio. Green grassy front yard with nice three & plantings to the entranceway. We are a no smoking property. The condo association requires simple paperwork for guests in addition to your booking to allow access to access our pool and club house area.
