Villa Giulia enjoys a large garden with lawn, large pool and barbecue with oven.  The house is distributed on 3 floors bathed by light: lower floor with large living room separated into two spaces and direct access to the garden with swimming pool. Ground floor with hall, kitchen, dining room on two heights with open to the outside, bathroom with bathtub and night area with a double room with single beds and another double room with double bed. Upper floor with master bedroom en suite, dressing room and terrace overlooking the sea, double room with 2 single beds and double room with double bed, shared bathroom with bathtub. The house is a 5-minute walk from the village of Sant Vicenç de Montalt. Great for two families. The House has a capacity for 10 guests. The accommodation is in a residential area, surrounded by other houses, ideal for families and the following house rules must be signed and complied with. -Respect the hours of silence and do not make noisy activities to rest from 22.00h to 9.00h, Discotheque-style celebrations, events or parties are not accepted, nor are outdoor music sets (baffles) or bachelor parties. -NOT exceed the maximum of 8 guests. -Evite waste and negligent use of resources, electricity, water and gas. NO Pets allowed. Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation. - Upon booking, the identity document of the person making it must be sent to the person who makes it and one week before arrival to send all the identity documents of all guests for the registration, and to coordinate one week before check-in and at least age 27 - At the reception all guests will be identified with the documents sent and can also be checked during the season - During your stay, minors must always be supervised by an adult, they are the sole responsibility of their parents / guardians - NOT ALLOWED - Lodging or inviting more people than those registered on the booking form, or carrying out noisy activities (music, loud conversations...) after 9:00 pm and before 9:00 am. It is very important to respect the rest of our neighbors. - Organize events, parties, bachelor parties, as well as any inappropriate behavior. - NO student groups allowed.
