Private pool and hot tub, lake view, and a 10 minute drive to Cookeville Boat makes this a perfect fall getaway to enjoy games with friends and games on the big screen. The cabin is made to enjoy the peaceful mornings, fun nights by the fire in the fall and winter, and a breezy environment. Secluded on 27 acres, you'll feel completely relaxed and away from it all! The space This cabin has been completely renovated with a modern, fresh Cali cabin vibe. With new appliances and decor, our cabin is just dreamy. The property sits on 27 acres of private land, offering a unique opportunity for privacy. The pool opens May 1 and closes October 1. Guest access There is easy parking for four vehicles. The long drive is nice for optimum privacy. Mail cannot be delivered to the address of the Airbnb. We ask that any guests wishing to receive mail during their stay set up a P.O. Box from the USPS. Other things to note We have a tiny lil children's sized playhouse outside, plus a kid sized loft upstairs. Fun for little ones. All that said, this cabin is sophisticated and very adult as well! Outdoor seating for days with views of the sunset over Center Hill Lake. Also, to keep costs as low as possible, we supply a one-two day supply of basics such as laundry pods, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, roll of paper towels, 2-3 Keurig pods if your unit has a Keurig. We keep bulk shampoo, body wash and conditioner in each bathroom. We generally supply one towel and one washcloth per sleeper. We appreciate your stay!
