Sleeping Arrangements (2nd Floor): Bedroom 1 features a private and comfortable Queen bed. Bedroom 2 features a set of Twin bunk beds, making it perfect for families or extra guests. Bathroom: A full bathroom is conveniently located on the second floor, stocked with essentials for your arrival. Kitchen & Dining: Your modern, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up delicious meals. Gather around the dining table for four, or enjoy the bonus dining area located in the basement. Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire right-side unit of this side-by-side townhouse. Please make yourself at home! Parking Primary Spot: Please park in space #99, located directly in front of the garage on the right. Additional Parking: An extra parking space is available to the left of the garage. Please Note: The garage itself is not accessible to guests. Other things to note Pre-Arrival Process As a professionally managed property, we require three quick steps to be completed through our secure guest portal after you book: 1. ID Verification: A quick upload of your government-issued ID. 2. Security Deposit: A refundable $300 hold will be authorized on your card 2 days before check-in and released 2 days after checkout, provided there are no damages. 3. Rental Agreement: A simple digital signature on our standard rental agreement. Amenities & Reporting Issues Laundry: A private washer and dryer are available in the basement for your use. Please bring your own laundry detergent. Stay Issues: Please report any damage or cleaning issues within 24 hours of your arrival so we can address them promptly and ensure you have a 5-star experience.
