Lewis House Ocean view apartment

Conveniently located in George Hill, with its own private entrance and views across the water to Grand Case in French St. Martin, it's close to Sandy Ground & The Valley. Recommended for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers too. I have rented this apartment long term several times over the years, and thought I would try listing it here. The space Ceiling fan in bedroom & stand-up fan in living area. Shared washing machine located in the garage area with washing line. Security night light and Camera in the driveway. Garden is nicely landscaped and a barbecue grill is available for guest use. Guest access Guest access to ground floor apartment, shared washer and clothes line. The garden can be used by guests and the grill too! You may see the occasional land turtle/tortoise in the garden - humming birds & Kestrel are common. Other things to note For longer stays of 7 days or more, clean sheets provided for guests to make the bed themselves - we can also arrange cleaning during a longer stay for an extra charge. There are cleaning supplies included in the apartment for use. A note regarding mosquito's: The Government of Anguilla regularly "fogs" areas of the island to eradicate this vector. While Zika and Dengue fever are rarely present, I have lived here for 25 years and never been infected with either, and don't anyone who has been. You should always consider using insect repellent as a sensible precaution.
