It is divided into three rooms: a cozy bedroom, a spacious living-dining room and a special bathroom. In addition, there is a practical small storage room at your disposal. Each room is equipped with windows that can be opened to let in fresh air and daylight. The apartment offers a large kitchen with modern appliances, ideal for preparing meals. The kitchen is fully equipped with pans, pots, cutlery, dishes, etc. The Mediterranean bathroom has a spacious shower and a luxury bathtub that invites you to relax. The living room is equipped with a smart TV and a PlayStation 4 Pro, perfect for cozy evenings. The bedroom has a comfortable 1.60 meter bed with a new 7-zone spring mattress (Stiftung Warentest 'good') to guarantee you a restful sleep. In the living room, there is a large and comfortable couch on which a third guest can also sleep (it is not a sofa bed to fold out, but large and cozy). Tourist highlights are a few minutes away by car - e.g. the Nürburgring, Eltz Castle, Cochem Imperial Castle or the German Corner in Koblenz. Perfect for families and solo travelers: In the immediate vicinity is a large fenced playground where the little ones can romp. Guests without children do not have to worry about noise pollution, as the apartment is in a natural soundproof location. Ideal for short and long stays: The apartment is great for tourists who want to explore the regional culture and landscape or for long-term stays of students as well as administrative and master students who need a quiet learning environment. You will automatically receive the access code and Wi-Fi password a few days before arrival. The terrace in front of the entrance can be used daily until 10 pm as desired.
