Small covered terrace extending over a beautiful 750 m2 shaded park with garden furniture and charcoal barbecue. You will appreciate the calm and tranquility of the place, by the river, and in a small hamlet without much traffic, but 2 km from essential shops. Only 1 small, clean and well-behaved dog is accepted. Starting point for many activities such as hiking, trail, mountain biking... Close to Jura tourist attractions: 15 km from the Reculées de Baume les Messieurs, and Chateau-Chalon, 30 minutes from the Cascades du Hérisson, Arbois. And 15 km from Louhans and its traditional poultry market on Monday morning... This charming little chalet is perfect for a couple or single person, but is not at all suitable for work colleagues (only one bedroom with 1 double bed). Guest access The chalet is located on a private and fully fenced plot, closed by a gate. You can park up to 2 cars in the courtyard in a completely secure way. You can arrive in the early afternoon independently with a secure key box system. You will vacate the chalet in the morning before 10 a.m. It should be perfectly clean and tidy. Other things to note 1 check for €200 (deposit for damage and damage) will be given to us upon arrival. If you don't have a check, you'll leave us this deposit in cash. This will not be cashed and will be returned 5 days after your stay if the chalet has been returned in perfect condition, tidy and the cleaning has been done correctly (bathrooms and kitchen cleaned, vacuumed and mopped in all rooms).
