1 hour from Paris, at the gates of Ile de France and Normandy, the Domaine de l'Argillière in Saint Georges Motel, offers a 4-star "Le Verger" cottage, on a 1.2 hectare property that is completely closed. Come and recharge your batteries, relax and share moments of conviviality in a quiet and warm environment. Many on-site activities are available: tennis, swimming pool, bowling alley, ping pong… to make the most of your stay! The space This cottage has two bedrooms, one with a mezzanine, 2 shower rooms adjoining the bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction cooktop...), a living room. For remote work, the network is of good quality. The cottage has its own internet connection. Linens are provided and the beds will be made upon your arrival. Towels are not provided. Quiet cottage and close to all amenities. Enclosed land, on-site parking. Depending on the season, you can pick up and enjoy nuts, pick cherries or bite into an apple in the orchard…. About the pool: - The property's private pool is available from May to September - Opening hours are: 10:30 am to 6:30 pm for our guests only. - Depending on the rentals, during opening hours we will organize a time slot of one hour 30 per day exclusively per cottage, the rest of the time will be shared with the other cottages on the property. In addition to the swimming pool and tennis, many on-site activities are available: bowling alley, table tennis… (shared with the other cottages) but also nearby: greenway 27 km walk or bike ride, Dreux state forests (possibility of walking or cycling tours), botanical trail, canoeing, equestrian center, Ecluzelles nautical center, golf, karting, West Parisian car circuit… Guest access Within the property, you have an area of more than 8,000 m2 and you will find: Outdoor table and chairs, Picnic tables in the park, Barbecue (charcoal is not provided), Laundry room with washing machine and dryer, free access only for stays of one week minimum. Detergent is not provided (laundry room shared with the cottages) Outdoor games to share: Bowling green Tennis table Children's playground Other things to note Regarding the pool: - Swimming is unsupervised - Swimming is not allowed for children unaccompanied by an adult - The pool is treated with chlorine - Dimensions: 8 m x 4 m - Depth: 1.20 m to 2 m - A charter must be signed upon arrival in order to access the pool - On weekdays, a fee of €35 per booking will be charged in order to enjoy it (excluding July and August). Regarding tennis: - Practicable all year round, - Leisure tennis with imperfections. It is common to the other cottages of the property, a schedule is available to book the time slots. No pets allowed. For electric cars, a fee of €8 per day will be charged to recharge a vehicle. For remote work, the network is of good quality. The cottage has its own internet connection.
