Garden apartment on the ground floor

Our garden apartment (45 m²) offers two people a cozy base for a holiday at Gut Hohenstein. The apartment is on the ground floor and has direct access to a lawn – ideal for sitting outside and enjoying the sun. The beach is about 1,000 meters away and can be reached in 15-20 minutes on foot or about 5 minutes by bike. The space The apartment (45 m²) has a living area, kitchen, bathroom and separate bedroom. In the bedroom, there are two single beds, each 80 cm x 200 cm, which have been joined to create a double bed. The apartment is situated on the first floor. There are 2 steps to climb at the entrance. You are welcome to use the adjacent lawn. Loungers and seating are available. Guest access The apartment is at your complete disposal. The direct exit leads to the adjacent lawn, which is also available for your use. You can discover the farm complex on walks. The area in front of the mansion is private and serves as a retreat for our family. Other things to note Our apartment is for people who appreciate the tranquility and beauty of country life. Here you can relax, enjoy nature and leave everyday life behind. At the same time, you are on a working farm that we run as a small family with a lot of passion, and from time to time, farm work takes place, which can be accompanied by corresponding noises. Renting out the apartment for vacations helps us maintain the farm while we go about our daily lives. We strive to make your stay as pleasant as possible and are always available if something does not meet your expectations.
