La Mylardière – PINEY The space On the ground floor, you will have an equipped kitchen, spacious living/dining room, double bedroom (bed 160x200), bathroom (shower, double sink), separate toilet and laundry room. Upstairs, you will enjoy a mezzanine offering a reading nook (armchair + books) and a games area (foosball / toys) and 2 bedrooms each composed of 2 90x190 beds (which can be brought together in double beds) Outside: large enclosed courtyard allowing parking several vehicles, terrace with garden furniture and blinds, barbecue, sunbeds and garage. To facilitate your stay, the beds will be made upon your arrival, the linens provided (towels/hand towels) and the end of stay cleaning included. Heating and electricity in addition from 01/10 to 01/04. Pets will be allowed at extra cost. Additional baby equipment can be loaned upon request (stroller, baby carrier, etc.).
