Hot Spring Our hot spring is 100% natural flowing hot spring water directly from the source. As it is a natural hot spring, you may notice a sulfur smell or black mineral deposits ("Yunohana"). These are natural characteristics and do not affect safety or quality. Hot Spring Temperature The hot spring water is not diluted and may be extremely hot. Please add cold water and adjust the temperature before entering. Please take extra care to prevent burns, especially for children and elderly guests. We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries related to hot spring use. Please ensure the water is at a safe temperature before bathing. Natural Environment The property is located in a forest-rich natural environment. Depending on the season and weather, insects may occasionally appear. Insect repellent sprays and insecticides are provided; however, insects may enter when doors or windows are opened. Insect repellent products are installed inside the house. Please ensure that children do not touch or put them in their mouths. If insects enter the house, insect spray is available on the bottom shelf beneath the tablet in the living room. We also recommend bringing your own insect repellent products if needed. Guests who are extremely sensitive to insects may wish to consider alternative accommodations. Noise and Cooking The property is located in a quiet residential area. Please refrain from: Loud conversations or shouting Playing music at high volume BBQs, yakiniku, or cooking that produces strong odors If complaints are received from neighbors, guests may be asked to leave the property without refund. Kitchen Use Please wash all dishes, cookware, and utensils after use and return them to the drying rack. A dishwasher is available for your convenience. Yes. Free Wi-Fi is available. The SSID and password are displayed inside the property. Q7. Is parking available? Free parking for up to 3 vehicles is available on-site. Please contact us in advance if you need parking for more than 3 vehicles. We are not responsible for accidents, theft, or damage involving vehicles. Check-in & Check-out Check-in Check-in Time: From 3:00 PM Self check-in system. Please complete guest registration through the URL sent before arrival. Upon arrival, complete the check-in process using the tablet inside the property. Front Door Lock: Electronic lock with a 4-digit PIN code. The PIN code will be sent via the booking platform message on the morning of your arrival date. Check-out Check-out Time: By 10:00 AM No Smoking Smoking is prohibited inside the property. Guests who smoke may use the ashtray located next to the parking area. If smoking is detected inside the property, a penalty fee of JPY 30,000 will be charged.
