The cottage U Dudáčků is located on the edge of the Pošumavská village of Zechovice near Volyně. The cottage is furnished in a traditional style with a full dose of comfort, comfort using modern technology and with barrier-free access. It includes a kitchen with a dining area, a tiled stove and a living area with a TV and a sofa bed for 2 people. There are also two separate rooms, each for 4 guests. The common areas are connected to a bathroom with a toilet, bathtub, shower and sauna. Behind the kitchen there is another separate toilet. The space Accommodation in the cottage: The cottage for rent provides accommodation for 10 people in 2 bedrooms. Bedrooms, rooms and other rooms: The cottage is wheelchair accessible and luxuriously equipped. It includes a kitchen with a dining area, a tiled stove and a living area with a TV and a sofa bed for 2 people. There are also two separate rooms, each for 4 guests. Brown room with double and bunk bed, white room with double and fold-out bed. Sanitary facilities: The common areas are followed by a bathroom with a toilet, bathtub, shower and sauna. Behind the kitchen there is another separate toilet. Heating: The cottage is very well insulated, we use electric heaters for heating. To complete the atmosphere, you can also use a tiled wood stove with a heated bench. Transport, parking: The access to the cottage is on the municipal asphalt road. Parking is in the covered area next to the cottage and is used for parking 2 cars and includes 1 charging station for electric cars. The building with the surrounding garden is fully fenced. Cottage amenities: The building includes a kitchen with a dining area, a tiled stove and a living area with a TV (SMART QLED Samsung The Frame) and a sofa bed for 2 people, as well as two separate rooms, each for 4 guests. Fully equipped bathroom with sauna and separate toilet. The fully equipped kitchen includes an induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, kettle, coffee maker, coffee grinder, immersion blender with a wide range of accessories, washing machine, iron, vacuum cleaner. The covered area next to the cottage is used for parking 2 cars and the parking lot contains 1 charging station for electric cars. You can also use this space as a covered seating area with a portable electric grill. You can park your bikes or put your skis in the adjacent lockable workshop. Adjustable sun loungers are available for relaxation in the garden. We offer several thematic books about Šumava for rent. Guest access During your stay, the entire cottage, including a fenced garden, is available to you. Other things to note All guests are obliged to use the cottage exclusively for recreation and to treat the building and facilities with the utmost care. The customer is obliged to acquaint the other guests with the rights and obligations arising from the visiting rules, and they are bound to comply with the rules as well as the customer. Damage or loss incurred on the equipment during the stay shall be reported immediately to the owner. The defect found after departure will be attributed to the last guest. In the event of damage to the cottage or equipment, the guest shall bear the full cost. The responsible person, i.e. the guest who rented the cottage and shares it with other guests, is responsible for the order and damage. If the guest causes damage to such an extent that the cottage is decommissioned, he is obliged to pay the lost profit for the period during which the cottage will be out of operation in addition to the repair costs. The lost profit is calculated as the sum of the days for which the cottage will be out of operation multiplied by the amount of CZK 3,000. The guest cannot sublet the property to a third party. The guest is obliged to follow the Manual located in the cottage, where there are detailed instructions for using the sauna, fireplace, photovoltaics, charging station, TV and small appliances. Night peace is regulated by a municipal decree from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. The cottage is strictly non-smoking. Wi-Fi is free throughout the property, the password is given in the manual. A tiled stove and wood are available to guests. In addition to heating in the stove, it is not allowed to make and handle fire inside or in the garden. Only an electric grill located at a safe distance from the cottage is intended for roasting. No use of fireworks! It is not allowed to move furniture or equipment without the consent of the owner, it is forbidden to interfere with the electrical network and other installations. We have our own electricity production from a photovoltaic installation. When the circuit breaker is switched off, there is a risk of reverse current. When leaving the cottage, always close the windows, turn off the lights and lock the door. The owner is not responsible for any damage, loss of property or injury to guests. Parents are responsible for the safety of their children inside and outside the building. Movement inside the cottage is only possible after changing shoes.
