Charming air-conditioned studio. A few steps from the Fontainebleau forest, at the beginning of the pedestrian path taken by climbing enthusiasts and a 3-min walk from the train station to Paris in 35 minutes. Walks in the forest, cultural visits (Paris, Fontainebleau Castle & Vaux le Vicomte…) In Bois le Roi, you can enjoy the sports facilities of the leisure island with the UCPA. We share our outdoor heated pool from 06/01 to 09/30. Garden furniture and BBQ available. The space Fully renovated studio, ideally designed for 2 people even if the sofa bed in the TV corner allows for 4 beds. WiFi connection available and on TV, access to YouTube and about 30 channels by selecting the Molotov app. The garden area is shared with our property but our priority is to preserve the privacy of our guests, including a bamboo fence and very little presence on our part Other things to note - Futon bed for the mezzanine and sofa bed in the small living room - The spiral staircase leading to the mezzanine is steep and therefore not suitable for the elderly and young children - The net on the mezzanine level is not a trampoline! - Bed and house linens provided (Let us know if you need bedding for the sofa bed. It will be placed on the mezzanine net when you arrive with the green mattress topper that must be added to the sofa for more comfort) - In the kitchen: 10 Nespresso capsules provided as well as tea and chocolate In individual portions: sugar, butter, jam, salt, pepper, mustard, mayonnaise, ketchup, salad dressing Pasta bags, chips Still water, sparkling water & milk bottle
