Rustic-style house, located in the village of Luché-Pringé (green resort), close to shops, the leisure center (swimming pool/beach on the banks of the Loir, tennis, mini-golf, water activities). Peaceful place to stay surrounded by a large garden, offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. 4G and 5G network. Nearby, there is La Flèche Zoo (15 minutes by car), Château du Lude (14 minutes), Le Mans Circuit (25 minutes) and for a longer walk, the Châteaux de La Loire. The space The house includes a large living room divided into a living room and dining room overlooking an elegant corridor serving the two bedrooms with double bed, the two kitchens, the bathroom as well as the toilet. An extra bed is available on-site and can be set up in the living room if needed for the 5th bed. All accommodation is on the same level. Guest access The first level described above. Access to the attic is not accessible. Other things to note Access to the house is only through the side door or through the garage in the basement.
