Holiday apartment Eppelborn 80m² (up to 4 people)

The approx. 80 m² apartment is located in Eppelborn, in the heart of Saarland. Due to the convenient location (motorways A1 and A8 within a radius of 5 km), you can reach the state capital Saarbrücken, Neunkirchen or Saarlouis in no time. The DB railway station Bubach is also located about 500 m away. The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed. In the living room, there is also a sofa bed, so up to 4 people can stay in the apartment. The space The large living/dining room is equipped with a dining table for up to 6 people, a sofa bed (120 cm x 200 cm) with coffee table, a TV and a desk with chair. For entertainment, you have access to a TV with a Fire TV stick. Over 200 HD programs are available here (via Waipu TV). You also have access to Amazon Prime, Disney+ and Netflix. If needed, we can provide you with a Nintendo game console (SNES Classic Mini) with 21 games. There is also a fully equipped kitchen. In the bedroom there is a large double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and a spacious wardrobe. The modern bathroom is equipped with shower, sink and toilet. There is also a washer-dryer in the bathroom. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. Please note that the sofa bed in the living room only has a lying area of 120 cm x 200 cm. One adult and one child or two children can easily find enough space here. With two adults, it could be a bit tight depending on the size of the people. If necessary, a baby cot (140 cm x 70 cm) can be provided. However, for reasons of space, this cannot be placed in the bedroom but only in the living room. Guest access Our guests have access to the apartment via a key box. You will receive the code from us after booking. A parking space on the property is available and marked with a sign "Apartment 2". The apartment is located on the middle floor of the house. After entering through the front door, go up the stairs to the middle floor. There is the entrance door to the apartment on the right. The apartment door is also marked "Apartment 2". Other things to note Several shopping facilities are nearby: Several bakeries within 1 km. Lidl, Aldi, Wasgau within 3 km. The outdoor area is currently under renovation. However, this does not create ANY noise pollution or other restrictions for the residential unit itself.
