Fast Wi-Fi and a good connection to Berlin are provided. After extensive renovations, we are pleased to welcome you as the first guests in our vacation home. You will sleep in two cozy bedrooms with lake views and sit and cook together in the spacious living and dining area with fitted kitchen. You have two bathrooms with shower and bathtub, a quiet study with desk and a washing machine in the storage room. For small children, there is a crib and highchair. Sun loungers are available for you to relax on the roof terrace. Book now and see the beauty of Lake Lübbesee for yourself! Our vacation home can accommodate up to six guests in two spacious bedrooms on the upper floor – a master bedroom with a comfortable box-spring bed and a second bedroom with up to four single beds. There is also a sofa bed in the study on the first floor. The “Elf am See” vacation home settlement was extensively modernized by summer 2023 and consists of a total of 11 vacation homes and a common garden plot with many opportunities to play. “Elf am See” means: 11 houses to come down, feel good and always come back. All with a lot of charm and great views. The houses are as diverse as the people who built them. And so similar that you can have a really good time in each one. You have your peace amidst great people. And a village full of friends in the middle of nature. In the early 1990s, the architect had a really clever idea for the lakeside property: He placed the 11 vacation homes with their hexagonal floor plans next to each other so that you can see as much lake and forest as possible from each living room – and as little as possible of the other houses. We have retained the basic idea and the exciting floor plan, but have added an upper floor in wooden construction to 10 of the 11 houses. The wood was left visible in all the houses and now ensures pleasant acoustics and a great indoor climate. The overall impression, the shape, the color and landscape design pursue the goal of harmonizing the houses with the environment despite their size and creating a harmonious, lively ensemble in which new perspectives on architecture and landscape open up with every step. Where possible, natural materials were used and processed by local craftsmen. Other things to note Linens and towels (one large and one small towel per person) are included in the price from April 2024. If you would like to use our sauna, please bring sufficiently large sauna towels. These are not included in the laundry package. Other things to take into account: Since Templin is a spa town, €2/day will be charged by the city of Templin for people aged 14 and over. In return, you will receive a spa pass, which allows discounted admission prices for various facilities in the region. A separate invoice will be created for the passes.
