PadovaResidence Apartments - apartment ARANCIO – is an independent, elegant, bright and comfortable apartment, which can accommodate up to 5 people, ideal for a family. Located in a strategic position in the historic center (ZTL pedestrian area) between Piazza Duomo and Piazza delle Erbe. Convenient for visiting the most interesting places and monuments on foot, going out for an aperitif in the square like a true Paduan or for a dinner in the historic taverns of the ghetto. The space The apartment is located in the historic center, on the second floor without lift of a small building where there are 2 other apartments for rent. As soon as you enter, you are welcomed by a bright living area decorated and furnished in shades of orange. The living area offers a fully equipped kitchen with appliances and everything needed for cooking, including fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. There is a small living room with sofa bed and TV, a mezzanine with 2 single beds, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower, bidet and washing machine to be independent throughout your stay. Guest access The apartment is located on the second floor without a lift. It overlooks an internal courtyard. - Self check-in starting from 3.00 pm - Check-out by 10.00 am Other things to note *Linen We provide sheets and towels (one set for each person: 1 large, 1 medium and 1 small) + 1 bath mat. For stays longer than a week we offer a weekly change of linen. *Cleaning The apartment is only cleaned before and after your stay. For long period bookings you can request extra cleaning during your stay at an additional price. *Parking The apartment is located in the historic center, ZTL pedestrian area. It is therefore not possible to arrive by car, which you can leave in the paid car parks in the surrounding areas of the centre. *City tax Tourist Tax of € 2,50 per person per night (only for the first 5 nights) to be paid upon arrival. *Services All our apartments are equipped with Wi-fi + air conditioning (extra cost), and are NO smoking, NO pets.
