The space Discover the allure of Alsace from our charming 1st floor apartment, ideally located close to major roads in Alsace Centrale and only 10 minutes' walk from the train station and 7 minutes from the charming town of Sélestat. Apartment 68 m2 , 2 bedrooms and 2 ambiances ; it can accommodate up to 4 people, ; it offers a sumptuous classic bedroom where you'll find : - a large dressing room, - a comfortable King Size bed, 180X200 - 4 pillows and a comforter, - 2 wooden bedside tables and 2 small bedside lamps. A window with blackout blinds. The 2nd exotic bedroom in warm, neutral tones features : - a small mango wood desk for the exotic feel, as well as a desk lamp and a comfortable chair. - There's also a large chest of drawers for your clothes. Windows and blackout blinds. You'll also find a 180X200 king-size bed with an ultra-soft mattress. A cosy little nest - 2 small mango bedside tables. In the hallway, a cupboard contains a vacuum cleaner, broom, etc. Bedrooms 1 and 2 offer quality bed linen for gentle, restful slumbers, as the area is very quiet. In the living area, relax on the comfortable sofa, where you'll benefit from a high-performance wi-fi system. Perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite TV series. The terrace is a splendid extension of the living space offering a serene spot for breakfast or an evening drink. The kitchen serves as the culinary centerpiece of the apartment, with oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and quality cookware and crockery. All cleaning products and sponges are provided free of charge. Whether you're preparing breakfast or dinner, the kitchen has everything you need. A wide range of spices is offered, as well as oil, vinegar etc. for your favorite dishes. The dining room, located next to the kitchen, is perfect for intimate or casual meals. However, if you wish to eat out, I can recommend some excellent restaurants in Sélestat to suit all budgets. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, double washbasin and double lighting; hygiene products and towels are provided free of charge. A hairdryer and make-up remover wipes for ladies are also available. A separate toilet completes this description. Arrival times are from 4pm to 7pm. Please send a confirmation message when booking, and another message 30 minutes before arrival. There is ample free parking on the premises, and the area is well lit. Pets are not allowed. Please do not have any birthday parties or any event that could generate noise out of respect for the residents of the building from 10 p.m. until 9 a.m. the next morning. Guest access The accommodation is located on the raised ground floor. An elevator provides access to the apartment. When traveling as a couple, please specify whether you require one or two bedrooms if you are not a couple or for reasons of comfort. The second bedroom will be charged at €20 per night.
