The location of the house is unbeatable, with easy access to some of Bankstown's top attractions, including the Bankstown Sports Club and the Bankstown Central shopping mall. Very close to Bankstown Hospital. Transportation is also convenient, with the Bankstown train station just a short walk away. The space The property is equipped with multiple bedrooms, a fully furnished kitchen, a cozy living room, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and laundry facilities, allowing you to enjoy the convenience and comfort of a home away from home. We provide free parking. If the key is lost, guests will need to arrange and cover the cost of a locksmith. If you require extra towels, the cleaning company will charge an additional fee. • For food safety reasons, we do not provide any consumable items, including (but not limited to) oil, chili, salt, or other food products. • Each bathroom is prepared with 3 rolls of toilet paper. If you cannot find the spare rolls, please let me know. For longer stays, you may purchase additional supplies from the supermarket, and I’m happy to reimburse reasonable expenses. • Each bathroom is equipped with a bath mat, and each kitchen is provided with a tea towel. • Party Strictly No parties. No loud music allowed between 10pm-7am, please respect our neighbours •Air-conditioning should be used responsibly.
