The major architectural neighbour is Stenbock House at 3 Rahukohtu, which is the seat of the Estonian government. The embassies of Ireland and the Netherlands are situated next door. The inner yard of 5 Rahukohtu faces Patkuli viewing platform, and one of the bedrooms boasts a panoramic view of the Old Town.
