Very suitable for families with children. The space Our thatched cottage is part of a lovingly renovated former farm that has been family-owned for more than 500 years. In a fantastic location, you can enjoy the tranquility and beauty of the village and the surrounding area. On the farm we live with our 11- and 15-year-old children, a family with two small children and a family with two 15-year-old boys, all three parties in the main house. The cottage is, so to speak, in a quiet second row in a secluded location. Next door, a wooden hut is temporarily used as a hunting lodge by the "grandfather of the farm". On the farm there is plenty of space to spread out to spend a romantic evening by the campfire or let your own children play. Our children like to share their playground with swings, slide, trampoline and sandbox after a short consultation. The thatched cottage has 3 bedrooms, 2 with double beds and one with bunk beds. 1 bedroom is on the 1st floor. The staircase is equipped with a staircase protection roller blind at the bottom. Most outlets have a child lock. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven and a large fridge/freezer. The heart of the cottage is the so-called living room with a clay oven, which is fired with wood and provides cozy warmth. If you don't feel like heating with wood, you don't have to freeze. Of course, each room has appropriate radiators. The entire farm is automatically supplied with heat centrally via a wood chip heating system. 1 bathroom with shower and a separate bathroom with sink and toilet are located on the ground floor. Guest access The accommodation is completely at our guests' disposal for their stay. There is patio furniture on the two adjacent terraces, and there is a barbecue in the carport. The playground and the playground equipment our children can also be used after a short consultation.
