The space In SOLPOSTADA, the client has an area of approximately 65 m2 per floor. The part of the house that is available to the client is distributed on 3 floors above ground. THE DISTRIBUTION OF THE 3 FLOORS IS AS FOLLOWS The entrance to the house is on the ground floor, with a large open-plan hall. On the 1st floor we have a living room with a dining room and kitchen in a single room on one side of the house and a reading corner and toilet with toilet and sink on the other side of the house. On both sides, we find an exit to the outside through balconies, which provide natural light to the entire floor. The reading corner has a single sofa bed and there is the possibility, if necessary, to convert this space into an additional bedroom. On the 2nd floor there are two bedrooms, one with two single beds, one of them raised. In the second room we have a double bed and the possibility of placing a second extra single bed, if required. In the space between rooms there is a large storage closet. The bathroom on this floor is a full bathroom with a shower. Both the bedrooms and the bathroom have windows to the outside, with natural light to the rising and setting sun, respectively. Guest access Guests rent the entire house, in all cases. Other things to note On the ground floor there is a large shoe rack area to leave street shoes, before accessing the upper floors. No pets allowed. Celebrations are not allowed, out of respect for the neighborhood. Smoking inside the house is prohibited.
