Cozy, welcoming private log cabin on a small picturesque glacial lake and mountains. 2 miles from route 22A on an unpaved road. Excellent way to unwind in a quiet, woodsy setting. Please, no pets. Rental does not include outdoor oven and basement. A canoe , kayak, and rowboat are available for additional charge of $50 for the entire stay. $25 per bag trash removal fee. Please bring your own linens due to Covid concerns. $15 per person bedding fee for use of cabin bedding The space This cozy and spacious cabin is airy and welcoming,made from Vermont cedar logs. The balcony/deck faces Perch Pond through the trees 100'away. A "tea room" in the sleeping area is an added intimate space. The metal roof provides gentle music when it rains. Guest access Main floor, sleeping area woods and lake. Other things to note Gas heater and usage instructions are located near the kitchen. Thermostat is near the basement door. Please reset thermostat to 50 when leaving. Fire extinguishers on both floors. Outdoor pizza/bread oven and basement are not available for use. Outdoor fires are limited to the campfire 250' north of the dock and grill located near the cabin. Please do not move the grills. Please bring your own bedding and towels due to Covid concerns
