The house is located in an environmentally clean area near the Krainka resort, famous for its healing mud and mineral water. Within a walking distance there is a mineral water spring, pine forest, river, linden park and the sanatorium itself, on the territory of which entertainment events are held. For an extra fee, you can book a quad bike ride or go fishing in the local fisheries. It is possible to park 2 cars on the territory and 2-3 more cars will fit outside the territory.
