Classic Farmhouse

The former spacious wine farm is located in the heart of the Swabian village near the church, cultural center, village museum, shop and village pub. The house has been renovated in traditional style but equipped with all modern conveniences. The spaces in the house are 'en suite'. The garden at the house is intimate and runs out through a fruit orchard at the back to a field with meadow flowers. The village has retained its Swabian character including the German language. The second bedroom with a double bed is located between the living room and the upstairs room and has a door to the 'outside entrance'. The living room with a double sofa bed and a bateaucanape also has a tiled stove. The kitchen has a dishwasher and an induction hob and has doors to the outside entrance and garden. The kitchen also has its own wood burning stove. The spacious bathroom has a double shower, double sink and private door to the outside. The washing machine is also located in the bathroom. Behind the house is a barn that has been equipped with a summer kitchen from the spring. At the house is an intimate garden that slowly goes up to a fruit orchard. Then there is a large field of meadow flowers. In the back of the garden (500 meters) is deer, foxes and even a badger castle. In the garden there is a playhouse, and a trampoline.
