THE SPACE BEDROOM 1 - This master bedroom on the ground floor is adorned with earthy wallpaper and contemporary furnishings. - The room is equipped with all the basic amenities such as an AC, workstation, extra mattress and WiFi. - It features an ensuite washroom with basic toiletries for the guest's convenience. BEDROOM 2 - This master bedroom on the ground floor is adorned with earthy wallpaper and contemporary furnishings. - The room is equipped with all the basic amenities such as an AC, workstation, extra mattress and WiFi. - It features an ensuite washroom with basic toiletries for the guest's convenience. BATHROOMS - There are 3 ensuite bathrooms on the ground floor. - Each bathroom is equipped with geysers, towels, and basic toiletries for the guests' comfort. LIVING ROOM - This spacious living room on the ground floor is furnished with a fan, TV and WiFi. - There are sofas catering to seating arrangements for up to 10 people. DINING ROOM - This dining room is brightly lit for mood lighting. - The area is equipped with a seating arrangement for up to 12 people. - It opens up to the porch with a view of the lawn. KITCHEN - Guests have access to the kitchen to prepare food. - It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, kettle and water purifier. - Crockery and cutlery are available. LAWN - There is a sq. 100 sq ft lawn fit to partake in workout sessions and play outdoor games. - It can seat up to 25 people at any given time and is the perfect place to sip on your favourite beverage SWIMMING POOL - There is a shared pool. - The pool is 28ft x 12ft with a depth of 4.5ft. Pool timings are 11:30 AM to 9:30 PM. Guest access Guests do not have access to the first floor. Guests have access to the kitchen to prepare food. During your stay The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. Other things to note ADD-ON SERVICES - Barbecue kit/grill can be availed at an additional cost for 2 hours. - Guests have access to the kitchen to prepare food at an additional cost of Rs. 1000, groceries will be charged as per actuals. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - A bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 for a 2 hour session. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
