In December 2016, we completed our modern vacation home for 2 families. This apartment is located on the top floor and is 45 m². The house is in a quiet location surrounded by lots of nature. The Niers is about 700 m away and invites you to hike, cycle and paddle. Nearby about 200 m there is a large swimming and natural outdoor pool with a great sauna area. The upper apartment is rented completely by you. In the shed to the right of the house you will find the tumble dryer. There you can also park bicycles.
