Located on the banks of the Shimanto River, where you can enjoy the great outdoors, this is a vacation home-style rental available for one group per day only. Please use it for more than two adults. Guests can use the entire two-story Japanese-style house and the barbecue deck in the yard.There is a roof and no worries even if it rains. You can relax and enjoy your stay without worrying about other guests or the noise from the surroundings. On a sunny day, you can see the beautiful stars, and there is the "Shimanto River Bird Nature Park" right next to it, making it a great place to walk in the morning. [About Meals] For the barbecue menu, we would appreciate it if you could make a reservation in advance. We can provide ingredients unique to this region, such as Shima-To beef, which is said to be the legendary premium meat, and wild ayu and eel from the Shima-To River. * Please place an order at least three days before your stay from the "private accommodation" homepage. The space There are two 6-tatami Japanese-style rooms on the first floor and one on the second floor. Bedding will be provided on the ground floor, but please let me know if you have any requests. The living room has a TV and sofa. The kitchen has a dining table, fridge, microwave, etc. It has almost everything a guest needs. There is one toilet on the first floor. For consecutive nights, there is an "application system" for cleaning and changing linens. Due to privacy issues, we will not enter or clean without your consent. If you'd like to request it, just let me know. Guest access The entire building is rented. Please do not touch the staff-only storage. Other things to note [About Check-in] *Important* This facility is unmanned, so it is self check-in. We will send you a message in advance with instructions on how to check in, so be sure to check it out. If we do not receive confirmation in advance, you may not be able to check in smoothly on the day of your stay. Also, we may not be able to respond to you at all times on the day of your stay, so please let us know in advance if you have any questions. If we are unable to contact you on the day of your arrival, we may not be able to assist you with check-in, and in that case, we cannot guarantee your stay. ・Please book for a minimum of two adults. ・There are no large stores nearby, so please purchase groceries, etc., at Nakamura or Gudo (where there are relatively large supermarkets).
