Other things to note Please note that a security camera at the main door activates upon opening, monitoring the hallway if the door remains open. The balcony is adjacent to Apartment 19's bedroom window, so we ask for quiet and prohibit loud conversations and drinking outdoors after 20:00. Disturbances or parties will lead to immediate eviction without refund.
