Welcome to our family holiday home of the past 50 years. The house offers comfortable accommodation for up to 7 people and is ideally located for access to North Cornwall's spectacular beaches and golf courses. There are 'seven bays for seven days' to visit. Popular Padstow is only a 10 minute car/bus ride for boat trips, retail experiences and great cafes and restaurants. The space About the house: Downstairs - Kitchen / diner, sitting room, utility, toilet, shower and garage space. Upstairs - 4 bedrooms, 2 double beds, 1 twin bedroom and a single bedroom, bathroom with shower over bath, separate toilet. Outside - enclosed patio at rear of house, lawn to the front of the house. Parking on private drive. Other things to note The property is let on a Friday to Friday basis.
