Located in the heart of the Morvan Regional Natural Park, the vacation rental is an old farmhouse with a large private terrace overlooking the garden. It is now part of a Morvan farmhouse. It can accommodate 2 people and 1 baby under 2 years old, and is equipped to facilitate the daily life of seniors. Pets may be allowed. It is located on a hiking trail, 3 km from Ouroux-en-Morvan, between the Settons and Pannecière Lakes. TURNKEY Gîte... The space This 3-star gîte, about 40 m², was completely renovated in 2019 to offer you comfort and practicality. It consists of: • 1 living room of about 25 m² with living room, dining room and open kitchen. • 1 comfortable bedroom: 2 single beds or 1 king size bed, and, if you have a child under 2 years of age, a cot/umbrella park. • 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. • 1 private terrace of 25 m², ideal for outdoor dining, relaxing (garden furniture and deckchairs) and enjoying the garden. • 1 large private parking lot to park your vehicles safely. • 1 shared bicycle shelter. • Individual electric heating, collective hot water and gas cooking. The "TURNKEY" gîte includes: • Complete preparation of the gîte before your arrival. • Supply of linen: bed linen, towels and kitchen towels. • Essential products provided: toilet paper, paper towels, washing machine and dishwasher products, dishwashing liquid, sponge, etc. • Gîte maintenance kit available: vacuum cleaner, brooms, cleaning products, etc. • House heated upon arrival during the cold season. • Secure Wi-Fi/Ethernet access. • Baby equipment available on request (bed/playpen with mattress, highchair/bouncer, changing mat, baby bathtub). A cleaning fee of 60 euros is applied regardless of the number of nights, which guarantees you an impeccable cottage upon arrival. A little extra: a welcome basket with local produce will be offered upon arrival! Practical information: • No smoking inside, but you can smoke outside. • Pets are allowed subject to our prior agreement. • Tourist tax: €0.90 per day and per person (not included in the rental price, set annually by the Morvan Sommets et Grands Lacs Community of Municipalities). • Security deposit: €220 regardless of the length of the stay. • Deposit: 30%, rounded up to the nearest euro, upon booking 2025 rates (excluding tourist tax): • High season (July-August): €510 per week (decreasing rate of -15% for additional weeks).
