The cabin is located at Turtle Lodge, a spiritual center created to offer an inspirational and safe place for adults to slow down. We invite you to the beautiful Whitewater River Valley for a solo or group retreat or intentional time with others to renew and nourish relationships, collaborate or create. No kids, pets, guests or parties allowed to allow for "quiet time all the time". Enjoy the peaceful ambiance, cabin amenities and beauty of nature and the river on site. 20241201 The space The Treehouse Cabin is a small cabin with a deck overlooking the Whitewater River. It has a small kitchen, dining area, full bath, bedroom with 2 twin beds, and a wood fireplace. The cabin has a tiny home feel with excellent use of the small space. There is a beautiful wood interior with many creative custom touches. Sit on the deck and enjoy a view of the river below or snuggle up with a book from the bookshelves in the living room. There is also a small lodge with 3 suites and a small campground on the property. Located in a rural area with a mix of wooded bluffs, river and farmland. 20241201 Guest access Guests are provided with an access code for contactless entry. Parking on site. All guests have access to the reflection area along the river and the community areas in the adjacent campground (same owners). The reflection area is a clearing along the river that has a sweat lodge frame and firepit built by the Ojibway Native Americans. The reflection area can be used for prayer, teaching and ceremonies. Further downstream, there are spots to sit and enjoy the beautiful views and sounds of the river, and some limestone stairs to the river's edge so you take a dip in the cold spring river water. As the sun sets, cozy up to a campfire and watch as the sun makes way for a beautiful dark sky of stars. 20241201
