The Northcliffe Shouse Farmstay

The Northcliffe Shouse is a private, tranquil shed conversion sitting on a section of our 64 acre farm property situated just 4km from Northcliffe. The Northcliffe Shouse has an open plan living area with a seperate shower room and walk in robe, a well appointed kitchen and a queen size bed. The Northcliffe Shouse is 100m from our main house. The maintained gardens are fully fenced and secure. We have a few chooks in their mobile pen and some friendly cattle on the property also. The space The Northcliffe Shouse is an open plan area with a seperate shower room and walk in robe. The main room has a spacious living area, a well appointed kitchen and a Queen size bed. Outside there is a covered seating area along with an open air fire pit/sitting area The kitchen: Gas Cook Top & Benchtop Oven Kettle Pots/pans/cooking utensils Cutlery/crockery/glasses Dish cloth/washing liquid Kitchen roll/tea towels The Living Area: 32" smart TV Portable Air-Conditioner is available. The Shower Room: Towels Body Wash/Shampoo/Conditioner Hand Soap Toilet paper Hairdryer The Bedroom: Queen Bed Bed Linen Bed Side Tables Large Walk In Robe Iron/Ironing board Guest access You will have complete access to the designated living area of the shed and the entire fenced area around the shed. You are also free to explore the entire farm, but we ask that you do not enter the fenced orchard area and please be mindful of the cattle. Dogs are welcome to roam the fenced garden area but please keep them on a lead if exploring the broader farm area. Registration Details Exempt
