The space Hillcrest is a beautiful traditional Cornish cottage, completely refurbished, set in the heart of the pretty village of St Minver, with in easy reach of the stunning beaches and renowned restaurants of Padstow, Rock, Port Isaac and Polzeath. It boasts 3 good sized bedrooms, a spacious master bedroom with large ensuite, with an additional shower room along the landing. The large living area offers an easy and relaxed environment and opens out onto the private patio and BBQ area. The fully equipped modern kitchen looks out onto the private garden and opens out into a separate dining area. Private parking for 2 cars allows for a hassle free stay. Guest access The entire property is at your disposal for your stay, with all the amenities provided. Essentials such as WIFI, SKY TV, a host of board games and books for rainy days, as well as an iron and ironing board should you need for an evening out in one of the many restaurants. The property boundary extends to the small gate at the top of the land between Hillcrest and Woodfin. The iron gates allow access to the back gate if necessary for wet suits, wet dogs etc ! Hopefully the comfortable living area and south facing garden will make your stay in the house as relaxed and enjoyable as it can. Other things to note We are animal lovers so welcome well behaved dogs but would request that they remain downstairs for their visit. There is one remaining Peacock in St Minver, she seems to have selected Hillcrest as a nice place to be. She laid eggs in the garden in 2025. Peacocks like fruit, grains and meat so feel free to feed her if she visits. Regarding young children, there is a stairgate available if necessary and travel cot. There is also a high chair at the property if needed.
