Baltic Sea vacation home at the Schlossgarten

The wooden house is quietly situated by the forest and only 500m from the beach. It is a wonderful place to relax and unwind. The space The wooden house is ca. 50m² in size and stands on a private plot close to the beach. The house offers space for 6 people, who can sleep in 2 bedrooms. The sofa can be used as an extra bed. The living room, kitchen and dining area merge into one and act as the central space of the house. The TV with satellite connection and WLAN are included. The house has a modern wood-burning stove and a couple of electric heaters. In spring and autumn it can still be cool in the house. A basic supply of wood is included in the price. Additional firewood can be ordered from us or purchased at the local market. The garden is about 300m² in size and offers a small green area, which is protected from view by a hedge. On the large wooden terrace you can have breakfast in the sun and then lie down on the sun lounger. The house is situated on a quiet private road. Cars (max. 2) can be parked on the property. You have peace and quiet because high hedges protect the garden from view. Other things to note Many places on the Baltic coast collect a visitor's tax. This is the case in Dänisch-Nienhof. In the period from 01.04. to 31.10. visitor's tax is payable. The tax of approx. 2.50€ per day and person (max. 50€) from the age of 19 is not included in the price. We will provide additional information after booking and take care of the registration. Towels for household use and bed linen are available on request. Rental charges: Bed linen 8,00€, towels 4,00€ per piece. Wood for the wood stove can be ordered after arrival if required.
