AMAZING FOUR BED Victorian property offering very generous living accommodation over two floors, located on the highly desirable Romilly Crescent within the most popular area of leafy Pontcanna is very well positioned, offering easy access to local bars, cafes, parks and only 5 minutes to the city centre. Enjoy a comfortable sleep on EMMA award winning mattress provided on every bed for your unforgettable sleep. Plenty of public transport with frequent buses from the front door. The space GUEST PARKING Guests are provided with FREE parking space in the rear garden, secured with an electronic roller shutter. Free on-street parking is also available on the adjacent street, however, spaces can be limited due the area being very busy. GROUND FLOOR There is a welcoming wide hallway with a victorian touch added to it. Guests can enjoy spending time in a luxurious living room with an 85inch smart TV set up with FREEVIEW TV, Amazon prime and Netflix. Guests benefit from a good size kitchen with all modern facilities and cooking utensils, including a dishwasher, stove, and large American fridge-freezer. Also in the kitchen is a dining table with comfortable seating for six guests, great for family dinners. The main bathroom offers a modern walk-in shower, whirlpool bath tub and toilet. Bedroom 3 is located on the ground floor making it suitable for Guests that may struggle mobilising up and down the stairs, ensuring that everyone can enjoy their stay. FIRST FLOOR On the first floor, there is a welcoming large landing leading to the upstairs bedrooms. The large main bedroom offers a comfortable super king size-bed , along with large mirrored wardrobe. Fresh hotel quality linens and towels are provided for each guest. There are 2 other bedrooms located on this floor, with one of them having 2 double sized beds and the other being a small bedroom with a single sized bed. All the beds are equipped with EMMA award winning mattress for your unforgettable comfy sleep. Guest access Guests will occupy the entire house Other things to note 1. The house is part of a residential community, hence hen, stag parties, or loud noises are not allowed. Guests may be asked to leave if we receive complaints for noise or nuisance from our neighbours. House is not suitable for children under the age of 2 due to the existence of unprotected staircases. For safety, the entryway of the property has a ring door bell that has a camera. 2. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the house. 3. Due to local water pressure in the area, shower flow can occasionally be lighter than average. We’ve optimised it as much as possible for guest comfort. 4. Back Entrance: For convenience, guests can also use the rear entrance when unloading shopping. Please note it can get a little wet or leafy after rain, so we recommend using the door mat provided. 5. Period Property: As a beautiful Victorian home, some original features add charm and character but may differ slightly from a modern build. Also property can feel a little cooler than modern houses as these older homes were not built with insulation. To keep things cosy, we have added underfloor heating in the lounge for extra comfort during your stay. 6.Light Switches: Some light switches are located just behind the door — so when entering a room, you may need to close the door slightly to access them.
