Rainforest Rental New Sol Duc Suite!

Suite offers private entrance, queen bedroom, sitting room, full bath, small kitchenette and washer/dryer. No stove or large sink. We cannot accommodate boats. Located in the heart of Forks, our warm and inviting place is close to restaurants and dining, hiking and beautiful beaches! Our place is best for a couple. We take cleaning seriously and have strengthened our routine. We also treat with an UVC and Ozone generator after each stay. No pets allowed. Host has allergic asthma. The space Due to owner having asthma and severe allergies to animals, no pets allowed. Absolutely no smoking allowed on premises. Laundry facility in unit. Separate bedroom from sitting area. Microwave and mini frig in unit. Full bathroom in suite. Please note, this unit does not have a full kitchen. No stove or oven. Suite is not suitable for infants. Maximum of 2 guest allowed. It is convenient to the beautiful scenery of the Olympic Peninsula. Our place is good for a single guest or a couple. We cannot accommodate boats or campers. Only one parking space available. Please park facing Sol Duc rental sign. Guest access Perfect for couples. This suite is not suitable for small children. Maximum of two guest allowed. This 350 sq. ft. guest suite is located at the front of our house. It has its own entrance and is totally private from the main portion of our home. Feel free to enjoy our beautiful sunsets from the front porch. Please park in the front driveway, facing the Sol Duc Rental sign. Other things to note Please communicate your estimated arrival time 24 hours before arrival. We do not allow check-in after 10:00 p.m. But late check-in may be available upon request. We are located in a residential area, so please respect quiet time, 9:00 p.m.-7:00 a.m. We also request that you text us when checking out. Please place all dirty towels on the bathroom floor when checking out. No need to strip the bed, we will do this. Remove all food from the refrigerator and place in garbage bags provided. The queen bed comes with four pillows for sleeping. If you need more, please contact us and we will try to accommodate your request. If you will have more than one vehicle, you must inform us before check in. There is parking for one car only. Sorry, we cannot accommodate boats or campers. Again, please park in the front driveway, facing the Sol Duc Rental sign. There are security cameras located on our property. At no time will we place cameras inside the Sol Duc. We respect your right to privacy inside the unit. The cameras alert us to activity on our property and driveway. This helps us to know when guest arrive onto the property, as sometimes we are in the back of the property and cannot see or hear arrivals.
