Charlie’s lake House home with dock on Kerr Lake

Charlie’s place’s a lovely 800 sf lake front* property on Kerr Lake in Henderson, NC. There is a path to walk the 200 feet to the lake. Mill Creek is a quiet, no-wake zone cove. Excellent for fishing, swimming, kayaking . Ivy Hill boat ramp is a 10-min boat ride from the dock where you can park for the duration of your stay. Mobile home (3) beds , (1 ) bath and kitchen. No washing machine or dryer No pets allowed The space There are 3 bedrooms - 1 with double bed, the master and front room have Queen .Step in tile shower in bathroom. There’s an add on porch that can seat (6) for outside dinning.The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities including coffee maker, toaster, and microwave. There are 2 TV’s with dish no internet . Guest access You have access to the entire cabin! You have access to the dock as well. Occasionally others share the dock but you will always be able to park at least one boat for the duration of your stay.
