House ideally located in a peaceful area of Metz offering all amenities. Close to highway, shopping area, hospitals, bus lines, small shops 2 min walk (bakery, pharmacy, grocery...) Expo fair. Small +: dryer, swimming pool in summer, barbecue, 2 toilets, sofa bed. ⚠️ Melyss 😺 the house cat will keep you company during your stay and ask for hugs 🤗 (she can also stay in the garage if you have a dog, everything is planned) The space Unpretentious but nice and functional house! Featuring a garage where the washing machine and dryer are located for self-service. Ideal for storing your bikes or strollers during your stay. Other things to note Melyss, my cat and true owner of the house, will stay with you during your stay to keep you company. A 15-year-old grandmother, she is adorable, cuddly, and easygoing. It is also possible to leave her in the garage (everything is provided for her with access to the garden) at night or even all day depending on how you want to proceed (or if you have a dog for example) No worries for allergy sufferers, because obviously cleaning is done before your arrival, clean bed linen etc. you should not be inconvenienced
