Whatever brings you to the Wheatbelt, you'll be in a beautiful, retro retreat. I have been a Superhost on Airbnb with 3 different properties since November 2014. ... BUT his one is Special! it's also MY HOME too, when I am away, more of a home stay which up to 3 or 4 guests can stay in (extra 4th guest will get the huge memory foam couch, air conditioning in the lounge/dining room, leave bedroom doors open for cooling throughout the whole house. What I strive to provide for you here is Comfort, Character & Country Charm. As a Superhost for 7 years, I was proud of the consistent quality standards for all my Airbnb with Guest Reviews of ranking this as ne of the best! (best quality, best value) in the wheatbelt. Quality Cotton linen, pillowtop mattresses, luxury soft fluffy towels all included in the room rate. Many more improvements & renovations adding an extra Bathroom (separate shower added in the Laundry Reno, it has a lock on both bathrooms. It's been completely renovated with Mid-Century vibe, in keeping with the original vintage era of its 1967 build date.. When I'm away travelling, you are staying in my Home so please respect the house, and above all, the neighbours right to peace & quiet too. No guest access to the garage or the private stuff in the large wardrobe in bedroom 3 marked "private" Everything else you are welcome to, especially in the fully equipped kitchen & well stocked pantry etc You can call me 9am to 12Midnight by phone (personal MBL number provided with check in instructions) or msg me through the Airbnb inbox, via their message thread anytime, 24 Hours No internet included (yet, but early days ATM), No Netflix or Prime, but you can plug your laptop or tablet into the TV to live stream with the data on your phone provider. BYO data on your phone, until WiFi facilities are enabled. Both the front & back yard are fully fenced (1.1m high in the back yard, enclosed and private too. The house, linen, bedding and towels been cleaned & sanitised. l offer the Original Airbnb experience, to rent out my own home while I am away, so please leave it tidy - But the cleaning and laundry, is included, just take out your rubbish, run the dishwasher (no need to strip the linen off the beds), you do not need to do as it's included in the cleaning costs for each booking. I've kept the rates affordable, to look after you, so please look after and LOCK UP everything before you leave. Please respect NO GUEST ACCESS TO locked GARAGE OR No guest access to the larger wardrobe marked "PRIVATE" in 3rd Bedroom with the King-single bed. Starter Quantities of Basic Cleaning & consumables are included free of charge. Once they run out, you will need to provide your own & BYO toiletries.. SMALL PETS BY APPLICATION ONLY, SMOKING OK OUTSIDE ONLY on the back patio and on back deck, Do not flick your butts into the yard, There is a Total Fireban on over Hotter months, Cigarette butts can cause bushfires that destroy homes, irreplaceable personal effects as well as kill native and domestic animals too If you smoke, please dispose of cigarette butts in the ashtrays or in the green council bins on the driveway. Be sure to extinguish cigarettes before going back inside or leaving the property. Before you leave the house, run your dirty dishes through the dishwasher, empty the fridge and freezer of all unused food, take it with you or throw it out with the rubbish from inside, into the council bins outside.. When I am away travelling, you are staying in my Home so please respect everything as you would like your stuff (garage & larger of 2 wardrobes in bedroom 3 are "private", it's where I live between bookings. Please check you have all your belongings, phone chargers, bathroom toiletries, and any food leftover, before you leave, please close any windows, lock all doors, windows and please don't leave wet towels on the beds, you can leave dirty towels in the Blue Commercial Laundry Bag in the laundry or put them inbbin the Washing machine. No internet included, byo mobile hodtspot data on your phone provider Guest access Unrestricted access if the whole house and the yards, (no guests access to the garage though) Both front & back yards are fully fenced and gated to be fully enclosed. Plenty of off street parking for up to 4 vehicles in driveway, 2.9m wide driveway gates, better to back in by day, if you need to drive out after dark. Please do NOT park on the front lawn. Driveway can fit 3 or 4 vehicles easily (3 Adult guests in 3 bedroom Home, with 2 showers+ a bathtub to soak in. No Guest Access in the Garage or in the large cupboard in the back (king-single bedroom) with room for an RVs or work vehicles within the Property gates (2.9m access between driveway gates). Great Security, Quiet residential area with no noisy neighbours & no commercial businesses or construction noise or any new houses being built or renovated nearby. It's Peace & Quiet for you & your crew.. Strictly No Parties! No Noisy dogs please No inside pets further than the Laundry with the kitchen/laundry door closed. Any pets who Pee on or chew, dig, damage or destroy the furniture or rugs, the pet poop not bagged, binned in the council sulo bins - pricey penalties apply, to have the replacement here before the next Guests arrive, you will need to pay if you ignore the laundry only for as far as pets can come inside. The dog house is well insulated on the walls and floor, happy to provide an extra heater for the laundry if you have a dog bed in the laundry. As this is the only pet friendly Airbnb, don't do the wrong thing by the future guests who can have a nice place to stay AND bring their pets with them, all dog owners know how hard it is to travel unless you can find a good boarding kennel. (Narrogin Valley Dog Boarding Kennels are a short drive away if your dog can jump a low 1.1m fence, it's a short drive away on a working farm with amazing carers who give them lots of individual attention and individual exercise out of the kennel too. Awesome people!! Other things to note Long driveway plenty of space enough for work vehicles or RV parking. (No guest access to locked Garage or in the "Private" cupboard with a few boxes of the owners stuff in the big cupboard in the back Bedroom 3 (with the king-single bed). The only place inside with owners Personal items in storage, to facilitate listing the whole house to yourselves. Theres up to 4 nights each WEEK, 3 NIGHTS MINIMUM STAY on long weekends. Work Crews and visitors travelling into Town are who it's well set up for, (mention your previous booking for a 20% discount) I welcome repeat bookings. I've set up a local Guest log in for Coles click & collect online grocery orders, that I can pick up for you, waiting for you so you feel instantly at home, one less thing to do, so you can relax & unwind when you check in. We have a great Country butcher in Town (opposite the Coles carpark, next to the bakery in the Egerton St Arcade) for delicious local wheatbelt meat, farm fresh eggs too. And you can support a local WA farming family. (it's much cheaper than Coles too). Or ask about breakfast hamper or dinner hamper for your Team. waiting for at the house. The instantaneous Hot Water System ensures everyone can have a long hot shower & you won't run out of hot water! (with a spare LPG gas bottle too), with bling rose gold tapware (and rain shower heads in both showers + a deep soaking bathtub). It has great water pressure for luxurious long hot showers or for a long soak in the bath. note: Byo Wifi AT PRESENT - NO WIFI YET - only data on your own phones. Great mobile reception from all networks in Narrogin. BUT..Starlink satellite wifi will be COMING SOON.
