Lots of shops, delis, quirky cafes and a well stocked Co-op just around the corner. Kent’s Cavern Caves are just down the lane, lots of sights to see and sports & activities within easy reach. Torquay Marina & harbour is beautiful - loads of restaurants and cafes. Boat trips, fishing, SUP & kayak hire all available.
