Scandinavian Design by Danish Architect from 1955

The villa was designed by Flemming Lassen, the life long coworker of Arne Jacobsen. In 2008 the villa was refurbished and the layout changed with 2 new bathrooms, a new kitchen and 3 bedrooms. Situated near Copenhagen, close to the royal forests and the summer amusement park of "Dyrehavsbakken", it's the perfect family home for a visit to the capitol of Denmark and the world renowned architecture of the North of Zealand. The space In order to create a modern family home without losing the original quality, a total refurbishment was conducted with care and sensibility in 2008. Most of the interior of the house were taken apart, restored and remounted to assure an original feeling and interior style of the 50's Scandinavian architecture. Guest access The villa is 130 sq.m. with a beautiful open kitchen/living room with a high ceiling, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. In the basement has a (not modernized) utility room with washer/dryer. The house is situated in a large private garden of 1100 sq.m. but is not equipped for outdoor entertaining.
