An eco holiday house in its own garden deep in the Kent countryside in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, powered by wind and with pure and clean drinking water pumped from 90m deep. The house sleeps, 2 adults and possibly one infant if own cot is supplied. There is a kitchen/living area with a sofa and small table for two. Hi-fibre Wi-Fi and Sky tv available . Private car park. Exceptional views of your very own garden. Guests love the peace, tranquillity and birds. The space Little Mistletoe is a stand alone chalet and set in its own private mature orchard garden, set in the grounds of a bigger garden, with lovely views and surrounded by trees. The host, Everdina, lives next door to assist if any problems occur but will respect your privacy. There is plenty of light during the day and warm lighting in the evening. A snug electric fireplace is available with other heating sources that make it warm and comfortable in the winter months. The double bedroom is peaceful and light with double bed and chest of drawers for clothing. In the kitchen/living area there is a gas hob, oven, toaster, fridge, and a little barbeque for outside use. There is a covered veranda area with chairs and a table. Guest access Little Mistletoe will be your own private chalet set in its own partly hedged garden with gated car park. All main living space is on the ground floor with double aspect door entrance. There is a small step up to the veranda to access the house. Other things to note Ideally, you will visit in a car. Train station (Wye or Sandling) is a 15 minute drive away and nearest bus stop (18 from Lord Whiskey) is a half hour walk away. The garden is not fully enclosed. There is a gap of about 8m to extend a view into the bigger garden.
