The house consists of: • A large cozy living room with comfortable sofas, a desk area, a bookcase, board games and a fireplace for cool evenings (wood provided). • A fully equipped kitchen, open to the dining room, ideal for cooking and sharing good meals (oven, hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc.). • Three sleeping areas decorated in a soft and natural style (air-conditioned floor) • One bedroom with double bed • A second bedroom with double bed • An open-space mezzanine with two single beds • A bathroom with walk-in shower in an old bread oven. • A laundry room with a washing machine and ironing equipment. Outside: • A private (secured) swimming pool surrounded by deck chairs, perfect for afternoons in the sun (the pool is closed from the end of October to the beginning of April). • A large shaded terrace with dining table and BBQ for your summer meals. • An enclosed and wooded garden, not overlooked, offering calm and privacy. • A lounge area for aperitifs at sunset.
