This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Springwood Barn N0 1 "FOREST" This beautiful barn conversion is ideally situated in the countryside on the edge of the Peak District in Derbyshire. The Barn is completely self contained with its own entrance and private garden with car parking outside and car chargers. The Barn is newly built and designed to the highest standard. Well behaved dogs are very welcome. The outside area is fully secured with a grasses area and a little hut. The space Springwood Barn No 1 "Forest" A full height barn space with a mezzanine with a bedroom and a free standing bath, toilet and sink all on the mezzanine, it gives a spacious feel with large velux windows. The ground floor offers a open plan lounge with some high quality furniture for your comfort and kitchen with all the appliances you will need, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer fridge and a great cooker. There is a back door leading to the decking and grasses area with a little wooden hut and beautiful views. The ground floor bedroom has a kingsize bed with a large opulent head board and has an en suite bathroom with a spacious shower and some stunning decor. wifi throughout a large flat screen TV Guest access The sign outside the property say Springwood House and Cottages, the drive tarmac, drive straight through the gate next to Springwood cottage and House and the Barn is directly on your left. parking is in front of the Barn on the right side as you drive in spaces will be marked for your cars, there are two car chargers set in the parking area. There are some gates that lead to the stable block and fields which for safety reason are off limits. Other things to note We are so happy to host for all guests and will always endeavour to assist with any special requirements, we do have horses on site which will often be walked past the Barn so we request all dogs are kept on a lead outside the front of the Barns. the back garden area is fully contained so dogs can roam free. We do request that any sudden loud noises be prohibited when the horses are in the fields as it can make them afraid and cause injuries. We do not provide for young children so please bring a travel cot and all you need if you wish to stay at the Barn, caution must be taken on the open plan mezzanine. Thank you
