Hamptons Suite!

Welcome to the Hamptons of High River! Our family recently moved from Okotoks where we had an Airbnb basement suite! We are so excited to upgrade to a completely separate and legal basement suite! We met so many wonderful people doing Airbnb in Okotoks and we are now looking forward to hosting in the wonderful town of High River! A little about us! We are a family of 4! With two rag doll cats! We are an active family and are loving the small town feel of High River! Especially for our kids! The space Our property has a completely separate entrance! Please be aware there are stairs down into the suite! Furnace room is accessible for all in the home without invaliding personal space! Kitchen has oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher and fridge! Also anything needed to cook and clean will be provided! Bathroom has a shower tub and washer and dryer! Bedroom has a queen bed and walk in closet! Lots of storage as well! Guest access TV with cable Wifi Other things to note Our basement suite is to code and has passed all inspections. Please be advised we do have young children. We try our best to be respectful of noise. And the basement has been sound proof to code. But you may hear little feet running around 🥰
