The space Our place is strictly a maximum 6 person occupancy ONLY. As you step in, you are greeted by a nice and open floor plan that easily leads up to a beautiful and inviting living area. Fully furnished with boho style elements.. A massive flat screen 55" inch tv to stream and enjoy all your favorite shows and movies through ROKU, HULU, Netflix, Sling, and more. The bedrooms are furnished with their own tv's and brand new memory foam mattresses and luxurious linens and bedding. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, pots and pans, and all of the basic cooking essentials to prepare a home cooked meal. We've also provided a KEURIG coffee maker and a variety of coffee, hot tea, and hot chocolate for you to use. A private laundry room is available inside the unit. Complimentary WIFI is available. Our goal is to provide our guests a nice and relaxing stay during their vacation in Las Vegas whether it is a business trip or mini getaway from all the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Our place is also ideal for nurses and health care professionals that have taken an assignment to work in our city. We are centrally located near Spring Valley Hospital, Southern Hills Hospital, St Rose Hospital, UMC, and various Quick Care clinics. 𝗢𝗨𝗧𝗗𝗢𝗢𝗥 𝗖𝗔𝗠𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗦 Please note...there is a ring doorbell located at the entrance of the property. This is solely on the exterior of the property. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and to monitor occupancy and other property policies. It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited and may result in the immediate removal of guest(s) and forfeiture of all amounts paid. Guest access You have full access to all the rooms in the house except for the storage room near the front door and hallway. No access to pools and gym if you are staying less than 60 days. Fireplace is NOT available for use. Other things to note Keyless entry is anytime after 4:00 pm. A door code will be provided to you to access the front door 4 hours prior to check in. It will be activated at exactly 4pm the day of check in. Check out time is no later than 11 am. NO exceptions. - There are 3 beds available for use (king bed in the masters and and a full size bed in the 2nd bedroom, queen size bed in the 3rd bedroom) If you have any requests or concern prior to or during your stay, please contact me directly. Do NOT go to the main office or ask next door tenants. *Undisclosed guests* Please update all guest count in your group staying at our place. There will be a $50 charge per guest/night penalty for any person that stays without approval or that is undisclosed. Quiet hours: 9pm - 8am A note about the Cleaning Fee: The cleaning fee is to prepare the unit for guest visits, launder towels/linens, replenish supplies, make beds, vacuum and clean the bathroom. Please be courteous enough to put the dishes in the dishwasher and take out the trash. This keeps the place sanitary and will allow us to continue charging a minimal cleaning fee for all of our guests. No access to the Pool and fitness center unless you are staying for 60 days or more.
